This Cookie Policy describes the limited cookies and similar technologies currently used by the G360 Leadership Academy.
1. About This Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how G360 Surveys, LLC (“G360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with the G360 Leadership Academy (the “Academy”), available through academy.g360surveys.com.
This Policy should be read together with the Academy Privacy Policy. The Academy is hosted on the LearnWorlds platform and uses Stripe to support payment processing.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone, tablet, or other device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, including local storage and security tokens, may perform comparable functions. In this Policy, we refer to all of these technologies collectively as “cookies.”
Cookies may be temporary and deleted when you close your browser, or persistent and remain on your device for a stated period or until you delete them.
3. How We Use Cookies
The Academy currently uses only cookies needed to operate, secure, and administer the learning platform and to support secure payment processing. These cookies may be used to:
• keep you signed in and preserve your account session;
• protect forms, accounts, and transactions against security threats;
• remember your cookie and privacy preferences;
• enable checkout and payment processing;
• detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and
• confirm that a visitor has successfully completed a security challenge when one is presented.
The Academy does not currently use optional analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, affiliate-tracking cookies, live-chat cookies, social-proof cookies, or cookies from external video, scheduling, mapping, or credentialing services.
If we enable an optional analytics, marketing, advertising, affiliate, or embedded third-party service in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, request consent before the relevant non-essential cookies are placed.

5. Cookie Consent and Your Choices
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Academy to function securely and cannot be disabled through the Academy’s cookie-preference controls. Without them, functions such as account login, security protection, checkout, and payment processing may not work correctly.
Where the Academy presents cookie-preference controls, you may accept or reject any optional cookie categories that are available. You may also review or update your choices through the Academy’s cookie banner or, when available, through the privacy settings in your learner profile.
Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Academy from functioning properly.
Stripe may apply its own cookie and consent controls when its services are used. Stripe’s Cookie Policy is available at https://stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.
6. Third-Party Providers
LearnWorlds. The Academy is hosted and delivered through LearnWorlds. LearnWorlds provides the platform functions associated with account access, security, course delivery, and cookie-preference management. LearnWorlds’ Privacy Policy is available at https://www.learnworlds.com/privacy-policy/.
Stripe. Stripe supports payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention, and transaction security. Stripe may collect device, browser, transaction, and related information through cookies and similar technologies when you use the checkout or payment services.
Cloudflare. Cloudflare security technology may be used to protect the Academy and may set a cookie after a visitor successfully completes a security or CAPTCHA challenge.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies, platform features, service providers, or legal obligations changes. We will post the updated Policy on the Academy website and revise the effective date above.
