What is included in my enrollment?

Your enrollment includes all six MPC modules, interactive learning activities, AI-supported roleplays, personalized feedback, access to the G360 AI Coach, G360 AI Tutor and reinforcement resources.

Can I purchase for a team or organization?

Absolutely! Click Buy Seats on the Pricing & Enrollment page, choose the number of seats you need, and complete your purchase online. Volume discounts are applied automatically. You can then invite your team members and manage their access directly from your account, without G360 administrator assistance.

How do I assign seats and monitor my team's progress?

After purchasing, go to **My Account → Licenses** to assign seats by entering your team members' email addresses. They'll receive invitations to activate their MPC access. As the purchaser, you'll also have access to a dedicated reporting dashboard where you can monitor enrollment, module progress, and completion.

Can I repeat the AI Role Play or other practice activities?

Yes. You can revisit and repeat practice activities throughout your access period, allowing you to refine your skills and build confidence over time.

What if my organization needs 100 or more seats?

For organizations purchasing 100 or more seats, we offer customized pricing and enrollment arrangements. Please contact G360 to discuss your organization's needs.

What happens after 6 months?

Standard access ends after 6 months unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.

Can I continue using the G360 AI Coach after my 6-month program access ends?

We plan to offer continued access to the G360 AI Coach through a separate subscription. Details, including availability and pricing, will be communicated before your program access expires.
