How long do I have access to Mastering Productive Conflict?
You receive 6 months of access from your enrollment date.
What is included in my enrollment?
The complete MPC experience, including the six modules, podcasts, AI-supported learning and practice experiences, coaching, and reinforcement.
Can I purchase for a team or organization?
Yes. Published pricing is available for teams and organizations. If you are purchasing for more than one learner, please contact G360 so we can coordinate enrollment and access for your group.
Is the G360 AI Coach included?
Yes, the G360 AI Coach is included during your program access period.
Can I repeat the AI Role Play or other practice activities?
Yes, learners can revisit and repeat practice experiences during their access period.
What happens after 6 months?
Standard access ends after 6 months unless a separate team or enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
Can I continue using the G360 AI Coach after my 6-month program access ends?
Yes. After your included 6-month access period, you will have the option to continue using the G360 AI Coach through a separate subscription. Subscription details and pricing will be provided before your program access expires.
What is the refund policy?
