Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

At G360 Leadership Academy, we want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in your development. If Mastering Productive Conflict is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

Mastering Productive Conflict

For individual purchases of Mastering Productive Conflict, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that you have completed no more than 20% of the program at the time the refund is requested.

To be eligible for a refund, both conditions must be met:

The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Program completion does not exceed 20%.

Once either of these limits has been exceeded, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

What Happens When a Refund Is Approved

If your refund request is approved:

Your access to Mastering Productive Conflict will be discontinued.
Access to learning experiences included with the program, including G360 AI-supported learning, practice, coaching, and reinforcement experiences, will also end.
The approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After G360 processes the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Team, Organizational, and Enterprise Purchases

Purchases made for teams, organizations, enterprise clients, or through a custom commercial agreement may be subject to separate refund and cancellation terms.

Where a separate written agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will take precedence over this Refund Policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact G360 Leadership Academy and include:

Your full name
The email address associated with your G360 Leadership Academy account
The date of purchase
The name of the program
A brief statement requesting the refund
