This Privacy Policy explains how G360 Surveys, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the G360 Leadership Academy.
1. Who We Are
G360 Surveys, LLC (“G360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the G360 Leadership Academy (the “Academy”), an online learning platform available through academy.g360surveys.com. For purposes of applicable data protection laws, G360 Surveys, LLC is the organization responsible for deciding how personal information described in this Privacy Policy is used.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, prospective customers, individual learners, instructors, organizational clients, and other users of the Academy website, courses, communities, forms, communications, and related services.
Some Academy offerings may include or link to a G360 assessment hosted on a separate G360 Surveys platform. Personal information processed through that assessment platform is also subject to the G360 Surveys privacy policy available at https://g360surveys.com/privacy-policy/. This Academy Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Academy and to information G360 receives in connection with delivering an Academy program.
3. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information in the following ways:
a) Information you provide directly
• Account and identity information, such as your name, email address, password or other sign-in credentials, organization, role, job title, and profile information.
• Enrollment and purchase information, such as the course or program selected, order and transaction details, billing address, discount or enrollment code, and payment status. Payment card information is generally collected and processed directly by the payment provider presented at checkout; we do not need to store your full payment card number.
• Learning information, such as course access, lesson and activity completion, quiz or knowledge-check results, certificates, attendance, progress, and time spent in the platform.
• Content you choose to submit, such as form responses, discussion posts, comments, questions, assignments, reflections, survey answers, uploaded files, or feedback. Please do not submit confidential employer information, health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information unless the activity specifically requests it and explains why it is needed.
• Communications and support information, including messages you send to us, support requests, responses to surveys, and records of our communications.
• Marketing and privacy preferences, including newsletter choices, cookie choices, and email-notification settings.
b) Information provided by an organization
• If an employer, university, association, or other organization purchases or sponsors your participation, it may provide your name, business email address, organizational affiliation, program assignment, or other information needed to create or manage your enrollment.
c) Information collected automatically
• When you use the Academy, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, login activity, page and course interactions, error logs, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
• Create, authenticate, maintain, and administer Academy accounts.
• Enroll learners and deliver courses, assessments, learning activities, certificates, support, and related services.
• Process purchases, confirm payments, issue receipts, administer discounts, and manage refunds.
• Track participation, course progress, completion, and program effectiveness.
• Send operational messages, including account verification, enrollment, purchase, course, reminder, nudge, completion, and support communications.
• Personalize and improve the Academy, course content, learner experience, customer service, and future programs.
• Protect accounts, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot technical problems, maintain security, and enforce our terms and policies.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and regulatory obligations, and respond to lawful requests.
• Send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Academy; and consent, particularly for optional marketing or non-essential cookies where consent is required.
5. When We Share Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including with:
a) LearnWorlds
• The Academy is hosted on the LearnWorlds platform. LearnWorlds processes learner and administrator information to provide hosting, account, course-delivery, communication, analytics, security, and related platform functions. LearnWorlds acts as a service provider or data processor for Academy information processed on G360’s instructions, while it may act independently for information it processes for its own business purposes. b) Payment and transaction providers
• Payment processors and related providers may process payment credentials, billing information, fraud-prevention data, and transaction details. Their processing is governed by their own privacy notices and the options displayed at checkout.
c) Automation, email, hosting, and technology providers
• We may use service providers such as Zapier and email, hosting, customer-support, analytics, security, file-storage, or IT providers to operate workflows, send authorized communications, troubleshoot services, and maintain the Academy. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are subject to contractual or legal obligations appropriate to their role.
d) Organizational customers and program sponsors
• When your participation is purchased, assigned, or sponsored by an employer, university, association, or other organization, we may provide that organization with administrative information such as enrollment status, attendance, course access, progress, completion status, certificate information, and aggregate program insights.
• We do not ordinarily provide a sponsoring organization with the content of private learner reflections, support communications, or individual assessment responses unless: (1) the activity is expressly identified as visible to the organization; (2) sharing is necessary to deliver the program as described; (3) you authorize the disclosure; or (4) disclosure is required by law. Group or aggregate insights may be shared when they are designed not to identify individual learners.
e) Legal, safety, and business purposes
• We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect the rights, safety, and security of learners, G360, or others; investigate fraud or misuse; enforce agreements; or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Academy and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, enable core platform functions, protect security, understand site and course usage, and, where enabled, support analytics or marketing.
Where required, you can make cookie choices through the Academy’s cookie banner or privacy settings. Essential cookies may be necessary for the Academy to function and cannot always be disabled through the platform. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although blocking some cookies may affect functionality. Additional information may be provided in the Academy’s Cookie Policy or cookie settings.
7. International Data Transfers
G360 is based in the United States, and the Academy and its service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your place of residence.
Where required by applicable law, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, and approved transfer mechanisms. LearnWorlds provides a Data Processing Agreement addressing its processing role and international-transfer safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain your account, deliver and document training, provide support, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the context in which it was collected. For example, account and course records may be retained while the account or organizational program remains active and for a reasonable period afterward; transaction and tax records may be retained for legally required periods; and marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe or object. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backup and legal-retention requirements.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include use of established platform and service providers, access controls, account authentication, and security practices appropriate to the nature of the information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal information is used and disclosed.
You may update certain account information and communication preferences through your Academy account. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link in the message. Operational communications necessary to administer your account, enrollment, purchase, or program may still be sent.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us at academy@g360surveys.com. We may need to verify your identity and may ask for information reasonably necessary to process the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a complaint right, you may also contact the data protection authority in your place of residence or work. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to address your concern.
11. Information About Other People
Do not provide another person’s personal information unless you are authorized to do so and the disclosure is lawful. Organizational customers that provide learner information are responsible for having an appropriate basis to provide that information and for giving any notices required by applicable law.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Academy is designed for adult professional and higher-education learning and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Academy. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
13. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Academy may link to external websites, resources, assessment platforms, video services, or other third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not govern a third party’s independent privacy practices. Review the applicable third-party privacy notice before providing personal information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Policy on the Academy website and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
